CURRIES
Curries originated from southern India, unlike Indian curries which are made using dried spices and are thicker. Thai curries are much lighter in flavors - a chilli pepper taste in spiciness. Coconut milk, fresh herbs such as Galangal, Cilantro, Lemon Grass, Kaffir Lime and chillies are some of the ingredients that go into make one of Thailand's national dishes. The consistency of the curries are usually thinner and lighter on the palate with lots of interesting and complex after taste.
There are no artificial flavors or coloring in the curries. For example, the Green Curry is made from a variety of green chillies such as the ( Prik Kee Noo) fiery tiny green chillies and the ( Prik Chee Far ) "sky pointing chillies". Same goes with the Red Curry and it's reddish color derived from the chillies used.

PHAD THAI
Phad Thai, considered to be one of Thailand's national dishes, has lots of interesting flavors and textures. Prepared with rice noodles, egg, tofu, green onions and bean sprouts. Our special is the Classic Phad Thai fully loaded with chicken prawns and tofu. Phad Thai should have 3 flavors: sweet,sour and salty and perhaps spice according to your preference.

Please notify our staff before you order, of any allergies you may have, such as peanuts, shellfish, fish or gluten.
There could be nut traces in any of our dishes as there are peanuts in our kitchen.
There is a certain degree of spiciness in our food even in mild spice, please inquire prior to ordering.

Vegetarians & Vegans:
We use fish sauce to flavour most of our dishes.
There are eggs and fish sauce in our Phad Thai's. They can be ommited at your request prior to ordering, as once the dish is made there will be no refund or exchange.
